Social CRM +
Digital Sales
In the Sales and CRM module, I gained valuable knowledge and skills in digital selling and social CRM, which allowed me to apply best practices throughout the sales process. The module provided me with deep insights into the relationships between companies and customers across the entire customer lifecycle. I learned how to create new insights in customer relationship management and social selling, and how to align marketing and sales efforts with social selling strategies to engage with a wider audience, enhance brand recognition, and drive sales.
Additionally, I explored the key terminology and current trends in digital selling, which gave me a clearer understanding of the evolving landscape. I also critically evaluated strategic and tactical issues in CRM and social selling, particularly within B2B and B2C frameworks. By the end of the module, I was able to develop effective digital sales and CRM plans, equipping me with the tools to manage customer relationships and sales processes in a digital environment.
Social CRM Audit
This audit will begin with an introduction to the organization, including its history, mission, core values, target audience, and market positioning. We will then analyze the company’s social media presence on Instagram, examining consistency, engagement, and followers. Using tools like Talkwalker and RivalIQ, we’ll assess customer engagement and company responsiveness. A competitor’s Social CRM practices will also be analyzed for comparison. Finally, based on this data, recommendations will be provided to improve the company’s social CRM strategy.
Lidl Advert
For this project, I was tasked with creating a video advert. I chose to design a unique advert for Lidl.
Life presents many challenges, and being away from those you love can make it harder. But Lidl makes it easier by helping create delicious meals that remind you of home.
Because at Lidl, home is just a meal away!
AIB Case Study
This is a case study on how AIB was able to get back control of the brand conversation by turning customers’ view of the brand into one that ‘backs’ its customers. We’ll explore how their strategy used insights from customer value and loyalty frameworks and examine the PESTEL factors that shaped their journey. Finally, we’ll conclude with some takeaways on how AIB's recovery speaks to broader principles of customer engagement.
