In the Web Building module, I learned how to design, construct, and evaluate a digital presence for a business, which is crucial in today’s digital-first world. The module highlighted how important it is for businesses to engage with customers online, as research shows that customers are quick to move to competitors if online engagement is lacking.

 

Throughout the course, I developed the skills to construct and curate a personal ePortfolio using off-the-shelf software, documenting my learning journey and design development. I also learned to apply design principles and elements effectively to create user-friendly and visually appealing web presences.

 

 The module also encouraged me to develop entrepreneurial content for web presences and gave me hands-on experience using various software programs to build effective digital platforms.
